Is this dress a little bit extra? Yes, it absolutely is…extra on the ruffles and volume….and I will allow it because I think if you feel like being extra that’s what you should do. Why not? Sometimes it’s fun. Especially when people aren’t expecting it that makes it even better. Hope your having a great Sunday!
