This image via Pinterest gave me some serious ruffle sleeve inspiration.  First off I love ruffles,  and ruffles that are navy? Even better.  I love this navy sweater, long sleeved with ruffles.  I also love this Anthropologie shirt and this Anthropologie Kimono.  Why not add some volume to the top, you never know, it could be fun.
