This dress says to me…January is almost over thank heaven. I love the black and the white. Remember not all fashion is toxic….I was questioning after yesterday.

I have been thinking about some of the things shown at fashion week. It makes me feel like I strongly dislike fashion. Then I take a reframe…and I remind myself there are so many great people in the industry. Like Ulla Johnson and Yvon Chouinard who founded Patagonia. They give back substantially and they are conscious of the messages they are sending. There are a lot of designers who are smart and super aware. It’s a good reminder we can be conscious consumers too. What does the brand represent? Are their products ethically made? Do they give back to causes that matter? Just a few things I have been thinking about today.
